Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Project / Application Lead Machine Learning Systems to join our enterprise Application Team. This role is responsible for end-to-end system implementation of the Machine Learning Suite (MLS), covering solution design, application development, system integration, production support, and vendor management. The role requires strong ownership, technical leadership, and close collaboration with architects, security teams, business users, and external vendors to deliver secure, scalable, and compliant solutions.

Business Stakeholders across Group and Countries

External Vendors and Partners

Key Functions

Lead end-to-end system implementation and enhancement of Machine Learning platforms

Translate business and user requirements into detailed technical designs and documentation

Ensure solution design complies with enterprise architecture, security, and control standards

Coordinate application development, integration, testing, and deployment activities

Manage production support, incident resolution, and continuous system improvement

Competencies & Requirements

Must Have

Minimum 10 years of experience in Project Management, Application Management, Risk & Issue Management, Change and Resource Management

Minimum 10 years of experience in application architecture, development, and system integration

Minimum 8 years of experience in Production Support, Incident and Problem Management

Strong ownership mindset with excellent stakeholder management skills

Ability to multitask and manage large volumes of technical and business information

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Highly driven, proactive, and a strong team player

Good to Have

Experience in Machine Learning, AI, and Data Analytics

Experience with Hadoop ecosystem, Big Data, and NoSQL databases

Hands-on exposure to PySpark, Spark, Python, Scala, Kafka, ETL, Shell scripting

Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Bitbucket, Artifactory, Aldon)

Experience with Control-M, Remedy, JIRA, SharePoint, Confluence

Exposure to procurement, vendor contracts, and commercial management

Key Responsibilities

Impact & Contribution

Drive project deliverables with strong ownership, urgency, and accountability

Plan technical deliverables and ensure milestones are met within agreed timelines

Escalate project risks and issues proactively with mitigation plans

Manage project change requests and deployment schedules

Technical Delivery

Perform solution design, development oversight, and system integration

Conduct data mapping and process mapping with interfacing applications

Create and maintain technical design documents and system documentation

Test, maintain, and recommend software improvements for performance and stability

Support root cause analysis, code reviews, and unit testing with production support teams

Testing & Deployment

Partner with Test Management teams to complete SIT, UAT, performance/load testing, and security testing

Liaise with application teams and business users to prepare test cases and test data

Provide technical and testing support before and after production deployment

Communication & Collaboration

Act as a key technical liaison across IT and Business units

Facilitate technical discussions, design reviews, and status updates

Manage external vendors to ensure on-time and quality project delivery

Knowledge & Expertise

Strong understanding of application architecture, system implementation, and integration

Solid experience in production support, incident, and problem management

Knowledge of networking, firewall, data migration, SSO integration, encryption, and disaster recovery

Exposure to compliance and enterprise control frameworks
