Responsibilities:
- Assist the Department Management in leading a team within the department
- Possess professional skills in overseeing and handling daily operations
- Understand management directives and provide support
- Perform in house application test cut and on site customer support
- Process development support to customer
- Process customer claim for abrasive product
- Provide expertise knowledge on blade / wheel technical support
- Communicate frequently with headquarters
Requirements:
- Competent in product knowledge
- Degree
- 10 years relevant working experience in semiconductor industry
- Proficient in MS office
- Pro-active, people & team-oriented
