Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customer service engineers and end users, delivering fast, clear, and effective troubleshooting assistance.
- Perform hands-on software testing and diagnostics to help ensure system reliability and performance.
- Contribute to defining and refining performance specifications for advanced automation and handler systems.
- Manage customerdriven projects, including planning, documentation, and solution deployment.
- Create technical guides, documentation, and training materials to support customers and internal teams.
- Collaborate closely with product teams and share insights to help drive continuous improvements in system design and functionality.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in an engineering discipline, with 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- Understanding of semiconductor machinery or related industrial equipment.
- Handson experience with semiconductor device manufacturing processes and quality control workflows.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with PC hardware and Windows operating systems.
- Advantageous experience with servo systems, electrical components, sensors, relays, and temperature controllers.
- Bonus: experience in programming (C++, C#, Python, or Excel macros), especially if you've built tools, scripts, or automation solutions.
- Familiarity with optical inspection systems commonly used in semiconductor environments is a plus.
- Willingness to travel internationally and collaborate with crossregional teams.
