Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for an Application Support Specialist at Amazon KDP. The primary responsibilities include providing application support, troubleshooting technical issues, and assisting users with system-related concerns. The Application Support Specialist will also analyze and resolve incidents, ensuring timely issue resolution and delivering an excellent user experience.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Application Support and Technical Support
  • Strong Analytical Skills and ability to diagnose and solve problems effectively
  • Proficiency in Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
  • Excellent Communication skills, including written and verbal, to assist users and collaborate with teams
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Prior experience with digital platforms or publishing services is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is advantageous
