You will be taking a lead role to providing application support for a few mission critical banking applications
Responsibilities
- Provide level 3 application support
- Carrying out RCA and troubleshooting
- Managing Incidents and issues related to applications under remit
- Involved in leading the team to perform root cause analysis
- Carrying out automation of processes
- Ensuring timely resolution especially for high severity incidents to business users
- Provide management reporting
Requirements
- Min 10 years of experience with min 6 years in managing application support
- Experience in banking industry is a must
- Must have prior experience in supporting java applications
- Comes from strong technical background, able to perform troubleshooting if required
- Current technical skills in windows, and DB
- Experience in troubleshooting windows systems issues
- Good experience in incident and problem management
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong communication skills
