We are currently looking to hire Application Support for AV System

Job Type: One-year Renewable Contract

Requirements:

. Diploma or Degree in related field

. Knowledge in Cisco Webex

. Knowledge in Cisco meeting room equipment.

. Knowledge in O365 administration (including SharePoint creation, user administration, mailbox administration)

. Knowledge in Microsoft Teams Room

. Advantage if have knowledge in NICE compliance recording

. Experiences in basic troubleshooting and administrative skillsets.

Would be good to have knowledge in all. However, training and guidance will be provided. Most importantly is the willingness to learn.
