Application Support Engineer

What You'll Do

You'll own the health of our production environment - monitoring applications in real time, diagnosing complex issues, and driving root cause analysis that prevents problems from recurring. Your day-to-day will include responding to and resolving incidents with minimal business disruption, partnering with development, QA, and operations teams to deliver robust solutions, and supporting deployments of new releases and patches through CI/CD pipelines. You'll also analyse and tune application performance, maintain detailed documentation, support end-users and stakeholders, and continuously identify automation opportunities to improve reliability and efficiency.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in application support or development
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, Unix/Linux, Java, AWS, Datadog, CI/CD pipelines, and Git
• Working knowledge of SDLC and Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban)
• Excellent written and verbal communication, strong analytical and problem-solving ability, and a collaborative team-player mindset
• Must be CAT-1 cleared or eligible
