We are looking for a Level 2 Application Support Engineer to support and maintain mission-critical production systems operating at national scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L2 support for production and staging systems
- Investigate and resolve incidents, system alerts, and performance issues
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures
- Work closely with L3, DevOps, and infrastructure teams
- Support deployments, patches, and operational improvements
- Maintain clear documentation and follow security/compliance standards
Requirements:
- 3-5+ years in application/systems support
- Experience supporting high-availability production environments
- Strong in log analysis and monitoring tools (e.g. CloudWatch, Grafana, ELK)
- Linux/Unix experience
- Working knowledge of AWS (ECS, Lambda, S3, RDS)
- Basic SQL knowledge (MySQL/PostgreSQL)
- Familiar with incident management tools (e.g. Jira, PagerDuty)
