Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for application's, ensuring smooth operations and resolving any issues that arise
- Collaborate with the development team to identify and address system performance bottlenecks, optimize application configurations, and implement enhancements
- Automate repetitive tasks and processes using scripting languages to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort
- Monitor system health, analyze logs, and proactively identify and address potential problems
- To carry out Duty Support rotations among the team members. Also carry out weekend implementations for new product features when on duty week
Requirements:
- Strong technical skills and experience in working in Capital Markets
- Proficient in Unix/Shell scripting and database management
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve complex issues
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize effectively, with good communication skills
- Familiarity with software development life cycle and agile methodologies
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
