Job Type: One-year Renewable Contract

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in related field
• Knowledge in Cisco Webex
• Knowledge in Cisco meeting room equipment.
• Knowledge in O365 administration (including SharePoint creation, user administration, mailbox administration)
• Knowledge in Microsoft Teams Room
• Advantage if have knowledge in NICE compliance recording
• Experiences in basic troubleshooting and administrative skillsets.
