Responsibilities
- Provide L1/L2 Application support to end-users
- Ensure that unresolved tickets are escalated to appropriate individuals/teams based on established guidelines and procedures
- Provide a high level of customer services and maintains customer's trust and confidence by creating positive customer relationships
- Adhere to Service Level objective target and roadmap
- Maintain knowledge articles.
- Assist on DR, BCP exercise and patching cycles
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Banking industry as an IT Production L1/L2 support
- Good knowledge and experience in supporting banking products (Investment Instruments, Corporate Action, Loan, Deposits, Remittance, Foreign Exchange)
- Good knowledge on general ledger and general accounting schemes of financial products
- Knowledge and experience in supporting Olympic banking system is a strong plus
- Basic AS400 and Unix troubleshooting skills
- Strong knowledge on SQL queries, data analysis
- Familiar with Production support tools like ServiceNow and JIRA is a plus
