Provide application and technical support to site engineers, project managers, and other project personnel.
Troubleshoot application, computer, network, connectivity, and hardware-related issues.
Support construction-related applications, project management systems, and document management platforms.
Support testing, commissioning, and handover of construction projects and systems
Maintain system logs, incident records, configuration changes, and technical documentation
Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams for project delivery and issue resolution
Assist in resolving operational issues affecting field and application systems
Assist in budgeting, cost monitoring, procurement schedules, and resource planning
Support procurement and vendor coordination for system upgrades or replacements
Assist with application installation, upgrades, testing, configuration, and deployment.
Manage user accounts, access permissions, and system configurations.
Assist in tender preparation and other project-related documentation as required
Perform ad-hoc technical and operational tasks as assigned by management
Maintain accurate records of incidents, service requests, troubleshooting activities, and resolutions.
Visit different construction sites as required to provide on-site technical support.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE), Mathematics, or equivalent discipline.
Minimum 3-6 years of experience in application support, technical support or project coordination roles.
Strong understanding of sensors, embedded systems, and control systems.
Ability to read and understand technical drawings and project documentation.
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with engineers, contractors, vendors, and project teams.
Comfortable working in a construction-site environment.
Willingness to travel between project sites as required.
Willingness to work shifts and extended hours when required.
