Application Support Analyst

• Own the health, performance, and availability ofproduction systems using monitoring tools and dashboard
• Proactively detect anomalies and ensure smooth dailyoperations across Front Office applications.
• Respond to, triage, and resolve production incidents withurgency and precision.
• Perform root cause analysis and drive follow‑up actionsto prevent recurrence.
• Ensure timely communication with stakeholders duringincident lifecycles.
• Review, validate, and execute deployments, patches, andsystem upgrades.
• Ensure changes are delivered with minimal risk and zerodisruption to production services.
• Provide L1/L2 support to Front Office users, addressingqueries related to trading workflows, investment processes, and platformbehaviour.
• Act as a trusted partner to portfolio managers, traders,operations teams, and business stakeholders.
• and long‑term fixes.
• Drive system failover testing, disaster recoveryexercises, and resiliency planning.
• Ensure readiness for business continuity scenarios.
• Maintain detailed run books, incident logs,troubleshooting guides, and configuration documentation.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing across global supportteams.
• Identify automation opportunities, process gaps, andoperational inefficiencies.
• Champion improvements that enhance reliability,speed, and support quality

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in Application Support, ProductionSupport, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of Front Office trading workflowsand investment systems (preferred).
• Hands‑on experience with monitoring tools, incidentmanagement, and production operations.
• Ability to troubleshoot across application,infrastructure, and data layers.
