Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to users via email, phone, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve functional issues.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of issues, actions taken, and resolutions.
  • Assist with system testing, upgrades, and deployments when required.
  • Escalate complex issues or unresolved issues to the supervisor and follow through until resolution.
  • Create and update support documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.
  • All other duties as assigned


Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree holder in any IT related discipline.
  • As least 1 year of experience in similar role, or with exposure in supporting transformation or improvement projects.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Power Point).
  • People oriented and good listening and communication skill, able to engage colleagues across different units.
  • Critical thinking and problem solving.
