Apply ITIL principles to manage incidents, problems, and change requests, ensuring IT service workflows, ticketing systems, and SLA commitments are consistently met.
Set up and maintain core business applications - including Oracle ERP, IMOS, and JIBE - in line with organisational policies, compliance requirements, and business needs.
Monitor data integrity across Data Lake environments, ensuring accurate and reliable data flows that support reporting and decision-making.
Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and data models (including DAX) to deliver clear, actionable insights for business users.
Support application integration using tools such as OIC and APIs, enabling smooth connectivity between enterprise systems and reducing manual workarounds.
Keep documentation current for system configurations and processes conduct training sessions to help end-users work effectively with business applications.
Manage role-based access controls, user access reviews, and segregation of duties, and prepare documentation to support audit and compliance requirements.
Investigate and resolve application issues through root-cause analysis, implementing lasting fixes that improve system reliability and operational efficiency.
Serve as the link between IT and business teams, communicating technical concepts clearly and aligning stakeholders on solution design and priorities.
Review existing workflows to identify gaps and roll out practical improvements that support continuous process optimisation.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related Engineering discipline from a recognised tertiary institution.
At least 6 to 8 years of experience supporting enterprise applications and analytics platforms.
Hands-on knowledge of ITIL service management and application configuration, with experience in tools such as Oracle ERP, IMOS, JIBE, Power BI, Data Lake, OIC, and APIs.
Experience in compliance processes including audit preparation, access control management, and documentation governance.
Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
