Job Responsibilities:
- Support and maintain Medical and Healthcare Software Application Systems
- Perform user requirements analysis.
- Perform application build and implementation.
- Conduct application system testing and support.
- Require 24x7 on call standby support on rotating basis.
Qualifications:
- Possess Diploma/Degree in Computer Science/IT/Engineering (Computer) and Biomedical Engineering.
- Familiar with Windows 2016 and above, UNIX/LINUX and Oracle / MS-SQL database or experience in IT support job or familiar with the workflow of Clinical Laboratory.
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
- Good communication skills.
- Possess resourcefulness, positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.
