Application Solution Lead (Finance) | Up to $9k | Perm

As an Application Solution Lead, you are responsible for the end-to-end solution strategy, drive application solution adoption based on the complete lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments of user needs and requirements, devising solutions, alternatives, and design specifications that align with both business and technical objectives.
• Develop an end-to-end solution strategy and drive the adoption of application solutions throughout the entire lifecycle, encompassing Consultation, Design, Building, and Running phases.
• Visualize and create a roadmap and strategic plan for the application's evolution and integration across the business.
• Analyze, define, and implement interfaces between business applications to achieve seamless integrated solutions.
• Gather detailed requirements from business stakeholders, prepare technical proposals and present relevant solutions clearly and concisely to business stakeholders.
• Subject matter expert in various business applications, such as Financial Systems, Property Management Systems for the Hospitality Group, POS Systems for the F&B Group, or Content Management Systems for websites, social media, and collaboration requirements.
• Evaluate existing applications and platforms, providing recommendations for improving performance and assisting in modifications or upgrades.
• Provide guidance IT application domains such as system design, mainstream development platforms, database design, system interfaces, development methodologies, and software security.
• Work closely with project managers, application system owners, and third-party technology partners to ensure that solutions meet all requirements effectively.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or relevant field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in application design, planning, and implementation.
• Technical understanding across various IT application domains, including system design, mainstream development platforms, database design, development methodologies, and software security.
• Experience in IT systems and processes such finance, hospitality, real estate, web development, mobile application development, or integration with social networking/social media platforms.
