DESCRIPTION:

Join a dedicated team delivering world-class scientific expertise and customer support
Serve as a trusted technical advisor, helping customers optimize advanced technologies across multiple domains
Provide pre-sales and post-sales support, including product demonstrations, hands-on training, troubleshooting, and technical consultation
Collaborate closely with sales teams and cross-functional partners to support customer success
Enable customers to achieve impactful scientific discoveries while building long-term relationships
Contribute to business growth through strong technical engagement and support

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field
3+ years of hands-on experience with LC-MS/MS instrumentation and applications
Strong experience in application/technical support across food, environmental, pharma, or academic sectors
Proven involvement in pre-sales activities (presentations, system configuration, proposals, tenders)
Hands-on expertise in instrument demos, sample analysis, method development, and validation
Experience in customer training, field support, and technical troubleshooting
Strong problem-solving skills with ability to diagnose and resolve instrument/analytical issues
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional/commercial teams
Solid understanding of LC-MS/MS technologies, workflows, and industry standards
Proficient in Microsoft Office and scientific/data analysis software
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
Willing to travel (25–50%)
Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
Customer-focused with a proactive approach to continuous learning and development
