About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Application Programmer - IAM to design, develop, integrate, and maintain enterprise Identity & Access Management (IAM) applications and solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in IAM application development, SailPoint, Oracle IAM, Active Directory, Java, scripting, APIs, and enterprise authentication technologies, with experience working in complex, mission-critical environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, customize, and maintain IAM applications and identity management solutions.
- Develop and enhance identity lifecycle, user provisioning, access management, authentication, and identity governance capabilities.
- Develop and maintain integrations with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Oracle IAM, SailPoint IIQ/ISC, and other enterprise applications.
- Develop and maintain REST/SOAP web services, APIs, connectors, and application interfaces for IAM integration.
- Develop automation scripts and tools using Java, Python, PowerShell, Bash/Shell scripting, and SQL.
- Support IAM application deployment, release management, troubleshooting, and production implementation.
- Work with CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices using Git, Azure DevOps, build pipelines, SAST, DAST, and software composition analysis tools.
- Perform application-level troubleshooting, root cause analysis, defect resolution, and performance improvements.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, cybersecurity, application, and business teams to deliver IAM solutions and integration projects.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, application specifications, integration designs, and operational procedures.
- Ensure IAM applications and solutions comply with enterprise security, development, and operational standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of experience in application development, software engineering, IAM development, or identity and access management.
- Strong hands-on experience in IAM application development and integration.
- Experience with:SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC)Oracle Identity & Access Management (IAM)Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) and Privileged Access Management (PAM)Java application development and scriptingOracle WebLogic, Oracle Database, and Microsoft SQL ServerRed Hat Linux and Windows Server
- Proficiency in Java, Python, PowerShell, Bash/Shell scripting, SQL, HTML, and JavaScript.
- Experience developing or integrating REST/SOAP web services and APIs.
- Experience with CI/CD, Git, Azure DevOps, build pipelines, SAST, DAST, software composition analysis, and release management.
- Good understanding of SAML, ADFS, enterprise authentication, and single sign-on (SSO) technologies.
- Knowledge of AWS and Azure cloud platforms.
- Experience integrating IAM applications with enterprise systems, databases, and mainframe environments such as IBM z/OS is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Hands-on experience with SailPoint IIQ/ISC development, workflows, rules, connectors, and custom integrations.
- Experience with Oracle IAM customization and integration.
- Strong experience in IAM application programming, API development, and enterprise system integration.
- Experience with mainframe integration and IBM z/OS environments.
- Experience in enterprise-scale IAM, cybersecurity, and identity governance projects.
