Responsibilities
- Develop, optimize, and continuously improve semiconductor manufacturing processes to enhance yield, quality, productivity, and overall process efficiency.
- Identify and troubleshoot process-related issues by conducting root cause analysis (RCA) and implementing effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor and evaluate process performance using statistical analysis and data-driven methodologies to drive continuous improvement.
- Work closely with Production, Equipment, Quality, and Engineering teams to support new product introduction (NPI), process transfer, and production ramp-up.
- Support process qualification, validation, and documentation while ensuring compliance with relevant quality, safety, and manufacturing standards.
- Analyze manufacturing and process data to identify improvement opportunities and recommend solutions to enhance product reliability, yield, and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply.
- Prior hands-on experience in process engineering, yield improvement, or process optimization.
- Familiar with SPC, DOE, FMEA, or statistical analysis tools will be an added advantage.
