• Lead the full software development lifecycle from initial solution design through to final deployment and stabilization.

• Transform high-level business requirements into robust technical architectures and detailed application specifications.

• Provide technical leadership to cross-functional teams while managing dependencies and mitigating delivery risks.

• Ensure all application deliverables adhere to corporate security policies, technical standards, and performance requirements.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to manage scope, testing phases, and smooth production cutovers.

• Extensive experience in leading end-to-end application delivery and managing multidisciplinary technical teams.

• Proficiency in translating functional needs into scalable application architectures and modern solution designs.

• Strong background in managing the SIT and UAT phases, including defect resolution and stakeholder alignment.

• Solid understanding of integration patterns, environment management, and secure coding principles.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business leadership.
