Application Lead Full Stack Developer

Job Description

. We are seeking an experienced Application Lead - Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications while leading a team of developers.

. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java full stack development, modern web frameworks, and backend services, along with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

. This role involves technical leadership, hands-on development, and ownership of application design, implementation, and deployment in an Agile development environment.

Key Responsibilities

. Application Development Design, build, and test web-based applications and platform components.

. Develop full-stack solutions using Java and Angular.

. Build scalable backend services and microservices using Spring Boot and RESTful APIs.

. Develop and maintain web applications, including site content management and application enhancements.

. Integrate APIs and external services for seamless system communication.

. Data & Backend Development Work with databases such as MySQL and develop database procedures using PL/SQL.

. Utilize Python for scripting, automation, or backend integrations where required.

. Support development in LAMP technology stacks when applicable.

. Low-Code & Mobile Solutions Develop and support mobile or workflow solutions using Microsoft Power Apps.

. Integrate Power Apps solutions with backend services and enterprise data sources.

. Technical Leadership Lead the design, development, and delivery of application solutions as the technical subject matter expert.

. Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices, quality standards, and performance optimization.

. Mentor junior developers and guide the team on architecture, coding standards, and development practices.

Required Skills

. Strong experience in Java Full Stack Development.

. Proficiency in Angular for front-end development.

. Hands-on experience with Spring Boot for backend services and microservices.

. Experience building and integrating REST APIs.

. Knowledge of relational databases such as MySQL.

. Experience with Agile development methodologies.

. Strong team management and leadership capabilities.

. Experience in stakeholder communication and requirements management.

Good to Have

. Experience with Python for backend scripting or automation.

. Experience with PL/SQL for database procedures and optimization.

. Exposure to Microsoft Power Apps for mobile or enterprise application development.

. Familiarity with LAMP technologies.
