Requirements:
. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

. Strong knowledge of diesel engine operations, performance metrics, and troubleshooting methods.
. Proficiency in creating test plans, executing tests, and diagnosing technical issues.
. Excellent problem-solving abilities and collaboration skills.
. Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements for power generation systems.
. Strong attention to detail, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
. Abilityto work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
. Experience with product lifecycle management tools and test automation software.
. Certification or specialized training in diesel engine technology or power generation systems.
. Familiarity with electrical systems, power electronics, and generator control systems.
