Job description

We're looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Application Engineer (Testers) to join our quality assurance team in Singapore. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, executing, and documenting comprehensive test cases to ensure the highest quality standards for our applications. You will work closely with development teams to identify, analyze, and resolve application issues while maintaining meticulous attention to detail throughout the testing process.

- Conduct exploratory testing to identify potential issues and ensure software quality.

- Perform regression testing to verify that new code changes do not adversely affect existing functionalities.

- Utilize Tosca for automated testing and ensure comprehensive test coverage.

- Collaborate with development and QA teams to understand requirements and develop effective test plans.

- Create, execute, and generate Test Case Scenarios for automation and manual testing.

- Execute test cases, document results, and report defects using Qtest.

- Implement visual testing using Applitools to ensure UI consistency across different platforms.

- Conduct web penetration testing to identify security vulnerabilities and ensure application security.

- Participate in test planning, estimation, and risk analysis activities.

- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.

Qualifications:

- To be or already certified with Tricentis Automation Certifications:-

- Automation Specialist - Level 1

- Automation Specialist - Level 2

- Test Design Specialist - Level 1

- Test Design Specialist - Level 2

Added advantage:

- Experience with Qtest and Applitools.

- Certification as a software testing professional (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE).

- Knowledge of web penetration testing techniques.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality software.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with other testing tools and frameworks.

- Knowledge of SQLs.
