Application Engineer (Strategic Marketing)

Responsibilities

1. Develop a comprehensive understanding of applications and systems across targeted markets to inform future strategies.
2. Drive initiatives for application promotion and effectively position product portfolios.
3. Create application-focused materials and assist the Sales team in articulating technical narratives and value propositions.
4. Gather and analyze customer feedback through technical discussions in partnership with Product and Sales teams.
5. Contribute findings from customer insights to align Needs Roadmap and Product Roadmap with key stakeholders.
6. Engage in market analysis, develop roadmaps, and map ecosystems from an application standpoint.
7. Identify gaps in opportunities and assist with application-level analyses and project tracking.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support training initiatives related to products and applications.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or a relevant field.
2. 2-3 years of experience in application or technical marketing is preferred.
3. Strong system-level thinking with the ability to clearly discuss technical concepts.
4. Excellent collaboration and influencing skills to foster discussions among stakeholders.
5. Good communication and presentation capabilities.
6. Proficient in analyzing technical and market data to derive application insights.
7. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects under tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
8. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) is advantageous.
9. Experience in the semiconductor or electronics sector is highly regarded.
