Job Responsibilities:
- Manage sales inquiries and prepare proposals related to the sale of vacuum pumps and systems.
- Coordinate with factories, outsourced vendors, and subcontractors to develop General Arrangement (G.A.) drawings, P&ID, and related documentation using 3D SolidWorks (mandatory requirement), with partial support from internal teams.
- Support the sales team by engaging customers on a day-to-day basis, including follow-ups on quotations and providing technical clarifications.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries from customers, contractors, and distributors.
- Monitor, track, and report quotation activities, and participate in the monthly reporting process.
- Oversee the engineering, fabrication, and performance of small to medium-sized vacuum systems, including responsibility for fabrication costs, supervision of fabrication activities, system performance, and on-time delivery to customers.
- Coordinate and manage the execution and performance of large vacuum systems manufactured by other Busch Group companies.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering required; a degree in Process Technology or Chemical Engineering is a plus.
- 3 to 4 years of working experience in application engineering and sales support.
- Proficiency and exposure towards mechanical equipment is needed for this role.
- Basic understanding of Electrical systems and mechanical construction.
- Project management experience will be a bonus.
- Possess communication skills and the ability to engage with diverse internal and external stakeholders (eg. EPC, Consultants, etc.).
