Application Engineer

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Control Engineering (or equivalent).

Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC/chiller system maintenance and controls.

Strong knowledge of chiller operation, thermodynamics, and control logic.

Familiarity with BMS platforms, PLC programming, and automation systems.

Understanding of energy efficiency standards and regulatory compliance (e.g., BCA, ASHRAE).

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently under pressure
Controls & Automation

• Configure, calibrate, and maintain Building Management System (BMS) interfaces and control panels.

• Implement control strategies for load management, sequencing, and energy optimization.

• Support integration of new equipment into existing control systems.
