About the Role
As an Application Engineer, you'll be the bridge between cutting-edge handler technology and customers - solving real problems, shaping product direction, and doing it on a global stage.
What You'll Do
- Be the go-to technical expert for customer service engineers and clients - fast, sharp, and solutions-first
- Own hands-on software testing and troubleshooting to build reliable, high-performance systems
- Define and refine system performance specs for next-generation handler solutions
- Lead customer-specific projects end-to-end - from planning to delivery to documentation
- Create technical guides and training materials that level up everyone around you
- Feed your insights directly into product evolution - your voice shapes what we build next
What You Bring
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering 3 years of relevant experience
- Hands-on familiarity with semiconductor equipment, device manufacturing, and QC processes
- Solid PC hardware and Windows troubleshooting instincts
- Exposure to servo systems, sensors, relays, or temperature controllers is a bonus
- Any programming experience (C++, C#, Python, Excel Macro) - Built something Tell us about it
- Familiarity with optical inspection equipment in semiconductor environments is a plus
- Clear, confident communicator in English
- Open to international travel and cross-functional collaboration across global teams
