Job Description :
. Optimize applications by integrating new technologies and performing upgrades
. Contribute to managing User Acceptance Test (UAT) and demonstrating prototypes and completed applications
. Generate ideas for software innovation based on market trends
. Document development processes, procedures and application version histories
. Keep up with advancements in application engineering and new technologies
. Proficient in developing and coding systems and applications (e.g Church Management System, Event Management, Campus Administration Management System, and others as needed), as well as utilizing the latest web and mobile technologies.
. Organize and plan project tasks and schedules
. Communicate project status to stakeholders and key project participants
. Liaise with event committee members for event requirements of the Church
. Assist in outline workflow diagram during requirement gathering
Job Requirements:
. Educational Qualifications
o Degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
. Experience
o Minimum 3 years in application development, deployment, and support
. Skills/Qualifications
o Proficient in programming languages (e.g. Java, .NET, Python, PHP)
o Knowledge of databases and APIs
o Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure)
o Strong problem-solving skills
o Good communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams
. Others:
o Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work under pressure
o A strong desire to serve and alignment with the purpose and direction of the Church.
