Responsible for the large-scale projects/Implementation & development of software systems in organisational units.
Monitor the results and quality of the high-impact Salesforce solutions and projects implemented in the organisation.
Lead delivery, maintain strong engagement with our clients, communicate clear and focused messages to different parties, and facilitate interactions between the different teams and stakeholders.
Oversee the development of Proof-of-Concept/ solutions and provide technical expertise on the development of software and platform features.
In charge of recruiting, up-skilling, and mentoring team members.
Vendor and Stakeholder management.
Delivery/Project Management - End-to-End operational oversight, from project proposals, project kick-offs, up to management of regular invoicing
Account management - Building long-term relationships with the Organization's valuable accounts
Manage the team on projects implementation and support.
Profile
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in in IT/Computer Science/Computer Engineering/ Engineering
Minimum 10 years of experience.
Minimum 3 years of regional Salesforce experience in large scale project implementation
Strong Technical Background (with Salesforce knowledge and experience are preferrable)
Minimum 5-10 years of Salesforce experience in various industrysuch as Retail/ Banking/Healthcare /Property/Manufacturing, etc
Strong integration working experience with other CRM products.
Technical knowledge in various technology and project management tools.
