APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

.Design, develop, and optimize Data Vault 2.0 models, including hubs, links, satellites, and bridge tables.

.Define modeling standards, best practices, and ensure consistency across the data platform.

.Architect scalable and high-performance data models supporting analytics, reporting, and downstream systems.

.Work closely with data engineers to ensure proper implementation of data pipelines based on the Data Vault framework.

.Lead and mentor an offshore team of data engineers, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.

.Conduct technical reviews, provide guidance, and remove blockers for the offshore team.

.Drive collaboration across data engineering, analytics, QA, and business teams.

.Act as the primary architectural advisor to client leadership and technical management.

.Present data architecture solutions, recommendations, and impact analysis to stakeholders.

.Consult and provide thought leadership on data modeling standards, integration approaches, and performance optimization.

.Support end-to-end project lifecycle including design, development, testing, and deployment.

.Ensure alignment of architecture with business goals, data governance policies, and compliance requirements.

.Create and maintain architectural documentation, data dictionaries, and modeling blueprints.
