We are looking for application developer to priorities experience in Security Operations (SecOps - Vulnerability Response).
Key Responsibilities
. Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules (e.g., ITSM, Security Operations - Vulnerability Response).
. Develop and maintain scripts, workflows, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies to automate processes.
. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.
. Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and other supported integration methods.
. Support platform upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance analytics.
. Perform testing, troubleshoot issues, and resolve defects in a timely manner.
. Contribute to documentation, knowledge transfer, and adherence to development best practices.

Required Qualifications
. Certification as a ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
. Certification as a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
. Certification as a ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - Vulnerability Response (or equivalent relevant module certification).
. At least 1 year of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.
. Experience implementing and supporting ServiceNow ITSM and/or Security Operations (Vulnerability Response).
. Experience designing and implementing scalable solutions using low-code/no-code capabilities within enterprise environments.

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)
. Completion of ServiceNow IT Service Management Fundamentals training.
. Completion of ServiceNow Security Operations Fundamentals training.
. Experience working in complex enterprise environments.
. Familiarity with Agile or DevOps methodologies
