Application Developer

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

. Design, develop, and implement software solutions aligned with customer and business requirements.

. Analyse, troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications to improve performance and reliability.

. Design and optimize user interfaces to deliver an improved and intuitive user experience.

. Collaborate and communicate effectively with global stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

. Create, maintain, and update software and technical documentation.

. Provide support to users, addressing queries, and resolving application issues.

ABILITY/COMPETENCY REQUIRED:

. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

. Minimum of 2 years of experience in software development.

. Proficiency in programming languages and technologies such as Java, C++, Python, Oracle Database, and SQL.

. Strong analytical, problemsolving, and troubleshooting skills.

. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.

. Experience with project management tools such as Asana.

. Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) is an added advantage.

. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a teamoriented environment.
