Application Developer (Avaloq)

We are partnered with an established financial institution to look for a developer to build and improve compliance solutions within Avaloq.

Responsibilities

. Work on compliance-related projects that extend and integrate Avaloq with internal applications.

. Analyse business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

. Design, develop, test, and deploy compliance features within Avaloq.

. Ensure system stability and performance through best engineering practices.

. Support continuous improvement through backlog refinement and solution design.

. Provide technical support and enhancements for existing compliance modules.

. Collaborate with stakeholders across technology and compliance functions.

. Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous delivery practices.

Requirements

. Degree in IT or equivalent

. Strong knowledge of Avaloq concepts, including object model, interface technologies, and workflow engine. Avaloq certification is mandatory.

. Proficiency in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL, plus experience with unit testing and performance analysis.

. Experience working in agile environments/ Scrum / DevOps.

. Strong communication skills and the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
