Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in IT project management or technical delivery roles, preferably within the banking/ financial services industry.
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, large-scale technology projects.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate diverse teams.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Solid understanding of banking products, services, and regulatory environments is highly desirable.
