Responsibilities
- Demo, deploy, upgrade andsupport software across semiconductor process equipment.
- Develop recipes and analyzeequipment and sensor data for Fault Detection and Classification.
- Support customers with processtroubleshooting, recipe development, installations and technical issues.
- Identify opportunities to applysoftware and sensor solutions to improve semiconductor processes.
- Provide onsite customertraining and technical support.
- Present software capabilitiesto prospective customers and support sales activities.
- Act as the primary technicalcontact for assigned customers and manage regional support requests.
- Support additional softwaresolutions for process control, recovery and data analysis.
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree inEngineering, Physics, Chemistry, Computer Science or a related field.
- Strong understanding ofsemiconductor processes and equipment.
- 2-5+ years of experience insemiconductor manufacturing.
- Strong analytical,problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to adapt to field environments and build strong customer relationships.
