Job Description:

• Serve in multiple capacities including Application Consultant, System Engineer, or Developer across assigned projects.

• Collaborate with customers to identify, define, and optimize business and IT use cases.

• Deliver enterprise solutions end‑to‑end, covering consultation, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and support.

• Design and support system integrations and application workflows, including ETL and automation components.

• Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement effective technical solutions.

• Develop and propose innovative solutions and services to meet evolving customer needs.

• Support team members across projects when required

• Proactively identify out‑of‑the‑box opportunities to extend and enhance solution capabilities.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or IT

• 3 - 5 years of hands-on experience in IT systems, application support, or application solutions consulting

• Working knowledge equivalent ETL/data integration platforms including configuring data flows, managing adapters, scheduling jobs, and troubleshooting

• Understanding of ETL infrastructure including environment management (dev/staging/prod), and connectivity configuration between ETL and source/target systems

• Practical understanding of Copilot Studio, or other Generative AI tools including prompt design, AI workflow integration, and evaluating GenAI use cases for business application

• Solid grasp of application infrastructure fundamentals server environments, network basics, access management, deployment pipelines, and environment configuration

• Ability to read system/application logs, interpret error traces, and perform structured root cause analysis

• Familiarity with Power Platform or RPA concepts is a plus, but not required

Soft Skills

• Able to bridge technical concepts and business needs. Translating requirements into solution designs

• Strong documentation skills across technical specs, process design, and solution design

• Comfortable engaging stakeholders at varying technical levels
