Application Consultant

Epergne Solutions is seeking an Application Consultant specializing in data engineering, analytics, and automation to design and implement innovative solutions that improve operational efficiency and drive strategic goals within a dynamic, growth-focused organization.

Roles

• Design and implement scalable data architectures and data marts to support business and regulatory requirements.

• Develop, optimize, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using Hadoop, Spark, SQL, and Airflow.

• Build automated data ingestion frameworks from multiple sources including databases, S3, and external systems.

• Implement data quality checks, validation frameworks, and governance standards to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

• Develop control mechanisms and monitoring solutions to support fraud detection and AML compliance.

• Optimize SQL queries and improve performance of relational and big data environments.

• Automate batch monitoring, error handling, and workflow scheduling to enhance operational efficiency.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, compliance teams, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.

• Maintain CI/CD processes and support production deployments.
