Application Architect

As an Application Architect, you will drive end-to-end architecture, delivery governance, and stakeholder alignment for cloud and legacy modernization initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

• Act as the primary client-facing technology leader, building trusted relationships with stakeholders, including architecture, infrastructure, and business teams.
• Lead solution architecture design, review, and approvals, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards, regulatory requirements, and client expectations.
• Drive real-time collaboration with on-site client technology teams in Singapore, enabling faster decision-making, issue resolution, and execution of critical deliverables.
• Oversee production readiness, release governance, and risk management for high-impact banking applications in a mission-critical environment.
• Champion modernization initiatives including cloud adoption, microservices transformation, and AI-led development, while aligning with client roadmaps.
• Ensure operational excellence by enforcing best practices across DevOps, CI/CD, and secure SDLC, while continuously improving delivery efficiency.

Requirements:
- 12 years of experience in enterprise application development and architecture, with 5 years in a client-facing Technology Lead / Architect role.

- 2 years of experience in AI-led development, including practical exposure to AI-driven engineering, agentic AI frameworks, or intelligent automation use cases.

- Proven ability to engage with senior client stakeholders, build long-term relationships, and influence architectural and delivery decisions.

- Strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and legacy systems (J2EE, SOAP/REST services).

- Extensive experience in cloud-native technologies (OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker) and enterprise platforms (RHEL Linux).

- Deep understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and release governance in large-scale environments.
