Job Description & Requirements
- Analysis of business and user requirements to define technical strategy and specifications
- Approve technical specifications aligned with digital/platform strategies, security, performance, and governance standards
- Provide technical leadership, advisory, and governance across business processes, applications, and system configurations
- Drive continuous improvement through technical, process, and delivery innovation to maximize business value
- Plan, manage, and oversee change and run activities in line with agreed standards,platforms, and governance frameworks
- Coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors to resolve complex engineering, application, and system issues
- Design, document, and maintain end-to-end application process flows
- Assess system compatibility, risks, and integration issues, and lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis
- Monitor system performance, supervise alerts, and ensure proactive service response
- Track, prioritize, and escalate technical issues to ensure timely resolution
- Manage project delivery to meet timelines, quality standards, and contractual objectives
- Attend and lead client meetings prepare and review technical, project, and compliance documentation
- Conduct and oversee site surveys and site progress claims
- Ensure safe execution and compliance with approved site work procedures and safety standards
- coordinate multi-skilled engineering/ technical teams across multiple work locations
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science or a related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge in process and analysis
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- The ability to convey ideas to both technical and non-technical customers in a professional manner.
- Willing to work at worksites and shift works
