Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer with hands-on experience supporting and automating environments for Temenos T24 / Transact applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in CI/CD implementation, cloud and infrastructure automation, container platforms, and deployment management within banking or financial services ecosystems.

The role involves working closely with development, QA, infrastructure, and release teams to streamline deployments, improve platform stability, and enhance operational efficiency across multiple environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain automated deployment pipelines for Temenos T24 / Transact applications.
• Manage CI/CD workflows using industry-standard DevOps tools.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management processes.
• Support deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of production and non-production environments.
• Work with cloud and on-prem infrastructure teams to ensure high availability and system reliability.
• Manage containerized workloads and orchestration platforms.
• Implement release automation and environment standardization practices.
• Monitor application and infrastructure performance, identify bottlenecks, and resolve issues proactively.
• Collaborate with application support and development teams during releases and incident management.
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and operational standards.
• Prepare technical documentation, deployment procedures, and operational runbooks.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong experience with Temenos T24 / Temenos Transact
• Hands-on experience in DevOps engineering and automation
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools
• Experience with Linux administration and scripting
• Hands-on exposure to container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Knowledge of deployment automation and release management processes
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools
• Strong troubleshooting and incident resolution skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience in banking or financial services domain
• Knowledge of configuration management tools
• Exposure to production support and environment management
• Understanding of networking, security groups, load balancers, and cloud architecture
• Familiarity with agile delivery models and DevOps best practices
• Relevant cloud or DevOps certifications are an advantage

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
