Apparel Fashion Designer

- Working Hours: Mon - Fri 8.30am - 5.30pm
- Monthly Salary: Base up to $3400 + AWS + Variable Bonus (VB)

Responsibility
- Trend Research - Study fashion trends and consumer preferences to guide seasonal collection planning.
- Creative Design - Develop original apparel concepts that reflect the brand's identity and market positioning.
- Technical Development - Produce technical drawings, specifications, and product sheets using design software.
- Material Selection - Choose fabrics, trims, and materials that balance quality, cost, and sustainability.
- Sample Oversight - Supervise sample creation, fittings, and design adjustments to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Cross‑Team Collaboration - Partner with merchandising, sourcing, and production teams to ensure timely delivery of collections.
Requirement
- Diploma/Degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or equivalent qualification
- No prior experiences are welcome to apply as training will be provided
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD software
- Strong knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, and production processes
- Creative flair with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
- Candidate who can start immediately or within short notice will be preferred
