- OL volume channel business ownership and leveraging IDG channel for ISG
- Responsible for Channel Capacity expansion in terms of ABP/T3 .
- Driving LBP e adoption and co-working with IPAM to improve conversion. Drive TCE adoption in ISG.
- One Lenovo assessment of T1 Landscape and opportunities for growth /consilidation
- Establish JBP governance, ensure participation in Key Partner QBRs.
- Leverage GTN Analytics to arrive at optimum rebate structure to drive growth and partner profitability.
- Establish BMS along with Operations to derive right measurement and success metrics.
