Role Overview

The APJ Transformation Advisory Leader is a senior executive role responsible for leading Trianz's consulting and advisory practice across Asia Pacific and Japan spanning Australia & New Zealand, Japan, Southeast Asia, and South Korea. Based in Singapore, this individual will operate at the intersection of client strategy and Concierto-powered delivery helping the region's leading enterprises move from transformation planning to measurable outcomes faster than has previously been possible.

This is not a traditional consulting leadership role. The successful candidate will shape Trianz's advisory identity across APJ, drive significant business development, and lead a high-performance regional team all while championing the unique advantages of a platform-led transformation model over conventional consulting approaches. The role carries full accountability for advisory practice growth, client engagement excellence, and cross-market impact across one of the world's most strategically diverse and fast-growing enterprise regions.

Reporting into the Global Transformation Advisory Leader, this leader will partner closely with regional Sales, Engineering, and Product teams to ensure the APJ advisory practice is tightly aligned with Trianz's platform vision and that every client engagement delivers the accelerated, predictable outcomes that distinguish Trianz in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Leadership

• Build and sustain relationships with C-suite and senior executive stakeholders across leading enterprises in ANZ, Japan, Southeast Asia, and South Korea
• Oversee the delivery of strategic advisory engagements across APJ, ensuring measurable outcomes and demonstrable value creation
• Develop transformation strategies tailored to client and market context, leveraging the full Concierto platform suite
• Serve as executive sponsor and trusted advisor on complex, high-stakes transformation programs across the region
• Navigate the cultural and regulatory nuances of diverse APJ markets to build enduring client partnerships

Business Development

• Identify and pursue opportunities to expand Trianz's advisory presence across APJ industries and sub-geographies
• Develop compelling proposals, business cases, and executive narratives to win new engagements across the region
• Partner with regional Sales and Alliances teams to align advisory offerings with APJ market demand and platform differentiation
• Drive revenue growth through existing account expansion and new logo acquisition across ANZ, Japan, Southeast Asia, and South Korea
• Leverage Singapore's position as a regional hub to build pipeline across ASEAN and broader APJ markets

Team Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and scale a cross-functional advisory team operating across APJ geographies
• Foster a culture of innovation, intellectual rigour, and continuous improvement within a diverse, multicultural team
• Recruit and develop top consulting talent across the region; build for both performance and long-term career growth
• Allocate resources effectively across markets to maximize team efficiency and delivery quality

Practice & Thought Leadership

• Shape the direction of Trianz's APJ advisory practice in alignment with global platform strategy and regional market evolution
• Develop and publish thought leadership relevant to APJ's enterprise transformation landscape cloud, data, AI, and digital modernization
• Represent Trianz at executive forums, industry events, and hyperscaler ecosystem engagements across the region
• Monitor practice performance metrics to ensure delivery excellence and client satisfaction across all APJ markets

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is a seasoned transformation practitioner who has moved beyond traditional consulting models and is ready to lead a platform-powered advisory practice at regional scale. They bring equal parts strategic credibility, commercial drive, and people leadership and are energized by the challenge of building something genuinely differentiated across one of the world's most complex and opportunity-rich enterprise markets.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field is required. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree from a leading institution is strongly preferred.

Experience: 15+ years of progressive experience in consulting, advisory, or transformation leadership roles, with a track record of leading large, complex engagements at senior levels. Experience in a senior leadership capacity at a global consulting firm, technology company, or transformation-focused services organization is essential. Demonstrated success building and growing advisory or consulting practices including P&L ownership and business development is required. Prior exposure to enterprise markets across APJ, particularly ANZ, Japan, Southeast Asia, and/or South Korea, is strongly preferred. Familiarity with Singapore's role as a regional business hub and experience managing distributed, multicultural teams across APJ is a strong advantage.
