Job Summary
We are seeking an API Pharma Technologist to apply expertise in API GMP processing and unit operations, ensuring efficient pharmaceutical manufacturing and compliance with quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor fundamental API unit operations such as raw material charging, phase separation, distillation, centrifugation, drying, and pack-off to ensure smooth production flow
- Utilize control systems (e.g., DeltaV) to manage and optimize process parameters for consistent product quality
- Apply knowledge of API GMP processing to maintain compliance with regulatory and safety standards
- Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders to support production goals and continuous improvement
- Quickly learn and adapt to new processes and technologies to enhance operational efficiency
Required competencies and certifications
- Diploma in Chemical Engineering or similar technical diploma
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in API GMP processing
