We are seeking an experienced Integration Lead with 10+ years of consulting and delivery experience in enterprise integration. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in API Gateway technologies, Middleware platforms, and Messaging Queue (MQ) solutions, along with proven capabilities in leading large-scale integration programs, managing stakeholders, and driving successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Lead enterprise integration projects end-to-end, from solution design through implementation and delivery.
Design, develop, and implement integration solutions using API Gateway, Middleware, and MQ technologies.
Define integration architecture, best practices, and technical standards across projects.
Manage project scope, timelines, risks, deliverables, and client communications.
Collaborate with business, architecture, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure seamless integration delivery.
Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentoring to development and integration teams.
Conduct solution reviews, troubleshoot complex integration issues, and ensure system reliability and scalability.
Engage with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and propose effective integration strategies.
Support pre-sales activities, including solutioning, effort estimation, and proposal/RFP preparation.
Drive governance, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives within the integration practice.

Required Skills & Experience

10+ years of experience in enterprise integration, consulting, or integration leadership roles.
Strong expertise in API Gateway technologies and API lifecycle management.
Hands-on experience with Middleware platforms such as Boomi or TIBCO.
Strong knowledge of MQ technologies including IBM MQ and Kafka.
Proven experience leading integration delivery projects in enterprise environments.
Strong project management and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
Experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with business and technical stakeholders.
Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
Experience in proposal writing, RFP responses, and client-facing solution discussions.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with cloud integration platforms and hybrid integration architectures.
Familiarity with microservices, event-driven architecture, and REST/SOAP APIs.
Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and integration monitoring tools.
Relevant certifications in Integration, Cloud, Agile, or Project Management are an advantage.
