About the Role

As our APAC Talent Acquisition Lead, you will design, build, and lead our global executive hiring capability, with a strong emphasis on the APAC region. You'll partner directly with global and regional boards, collaborating with leaders across Advertising, PR, Digital, Technology, Strategy, and Market Operations.

You will also manage a small, high-performing team specialising in C‑suite and C‑1 searches, ensuring precision, speed, and quality in every leadership appointment.

What You Will Lead & Shape

  • Own and execute regional executive hiring, with a specific focus on C‑suite and C‑1 roles across APAC and key global markets.
  • Lead and coach a small, specialised team dedicated to senior leadership searches, ensuring excellence in delivery and stakeholder engagement.
  • Transform our executive hiring strategy, elevating quality of hire, leadership assessment, and the executive candidate experience.
  • Apply AI, talent intelligence, and innovative sourcing methodologies to map and engage senior leaders across advertising, PR, digital, and technology ecosystems.
  • Build a modern executive search capability, integrating data, insights, and market intelligence to advise senior stakeholders.

What You Bring

  • Executive search experience across advertising, communications, public relations, digital, media, or technology sectors.
  • A strong track record of hiring C‑suite and C‑1 leaders across complex multi‑market environments—especially in India and China.
  • Exceptional capability in executive stakeholder engagement, strategic influence, and search leadership.
  • Proven experience transforming recruitment environments through modern, data‑driven, and innovative hiring practices.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast‑moving, high‑growth, culturally diverse global organisation.
