Position Title: APAC Strategy & Operations Associate

Working hours: 8.45am to 5.45pm

Working days: 5 Days

Work Location: Singapore

Salary: $6,000- 8,000

Annual Salary Range: SGD SGD $72,000 to $96,000

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in setting and managing country-level KPIs and performance tracking

Collect, consolidate, and analyze operational data across APAC countries

Identify and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) and insights based on operational data

Prepare strategic reports and presentation materials for meetings with Country General Managers (GMs) and Business Development (BD) leaders

Support regional performance review, planning processes, and business system improvements

Participate in or lead cross-functional projects related to operational enhancement and regional alignment

Requirement:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field candidates with advanced degrees or international exposure are a plus

At least minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in consulting, strategy, operations, or corporate planning
