Job Responsibilities:
Business Development & Market Expansion
- Drive business growth and expand the market presence of UPS Lithium Battery solutions across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and key accounts to increase market share and revenue.
- Formulate and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and sales targets.
Key Account Management & Customer Relationship Building
- Establish, develop, and maintain strong relationships with key customers, particularly within the data center industry.
- Conduct regular customer visits, business reviews, and accompany clients during site visits, audits, and technical evaluations.
- Provide professional after-sales support and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Act as the primary point of contact for major accounts, addressing customer needs and driving long-term partnerships.
Market Intelligence & Sales Planning
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend monitoring to identify growth opportunities and market demands.
- Develop and optimize sales networks, distribution channels, and business development plans across the APAC region.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including R&D, Procurement, Operations, and Production teams, by providing market insights and customer feedback to support strategic decision-making and product development.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or above in Engineering, Science, English, Business, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in UPS, lithium battery, energy storage, power solutions, or related industries.
- Proven track record in developing business within the data center sector, with established customer networks and industry contacts preferred.
- Strong business acumen and excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage regional sales activities across multiple APAC markets.
- Willingness to travel frequently across the APAC region for business development and customer engagement activities.
