Responsibilities:
Regional Sales Strategy: Define and execute a regional sales strategy aligned with global objectives and local market dynamics.
Revenue Delivery: Achieve and exceed budgeted regional revenue targets.
Growth & Expansion: Drive growth in existing markets while expanding into new territories and industry verticals.
Channel Optimisation: Build and scale effective distributor, partner, OEM, and direct sales channels across APAC.
Leadership & Team Development: Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, innovation, and customer success, while growing the team in line with regional expansion.
Customer & Market Insight: Use market intelligence and customer feedback to shape product positioning, pricing, and go-to-market strategies.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure regional alignment and execution.
Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to regional safety standards and regulatory requirements across APAC.
Requirements:
Degree in Business / Engineering
At least 10 years of experience in Sales
Experience in Fire Industry
Strong Regional and Channel Management experience
